Got up early in the morning and gym very good. Two sandwiches and 100 cal nuts. Balanced dinner includes tofu, pork, salmon, and carb. A little bit too much carb. I was craving for chips and fries, I counted from current weight to UGW but just worked a little bit. However I didn’t have chance to eat them. Anyhow thanks for the girl who wanted to walk home with me. Things getting weird who is helping me behind scene?
